(ANSA) – TRIESTE, 30 OTT – Saranno 6.044 fra solo 5 anni contro i 5.164 attuali, sempre più grandi (65% dei nuovi ordini ai cantieri è per imbarcazioni sopra i 30/40 metri) e per oltre il 70% questa flotta stazionerà in estate in Mediterraneo dove (56%) cercherà un approdo sicuro per l’inverno. È il “tesoro” al quale deve puntare l’Italia,che negli ultimi anni ha “devastato” questo mercato, provocando una fuga delle imbarcazioni di lusso verso altri porti del Mediterraneo. Lo riportano i dati forniti da Federagenti al convegno sui superyacht della sezione yacht di Federagenti con Associazione agenti marittimi del Fvg. Per gli esperti, l’Italia dovrebbe operare su “tre rotte parallele”: creando un sistema di offerta di servizi dei mega yacht, e Trieste è in questo senso teatro di una svolta, innalzando gli standard dell’offerta di servizi, sfruttando le risorse a disposizione, come il porto di Trieste, baricentrico nell’Adriatico, una delle aree più importanti del turismo nautico, con disponibilità di aree e approdi connesse con la città, di una rete di approdi turistici, di aziende ad alta specializzazione in grado di fornire risposte alle esigenze di refitting, manutenzione e servizio dei grandi yacht. ( ANSA ) – TRIESTE, 30 OTT – Today they are 5.164, in 5 years they could be 6.044 bigger and bigger ( 65% of the new orders to shipyards includes boats above 30/40 meters lenght ) and 70% of this fleet is going to sail the Mediterranean in summer during which ( 56% of it ) it will look for mooring in winter. Italy must count on this “big treasure” who devastated ” shipping business the last years making luxury boats move to other port on the Mediterranean. According to experts, Italy should operate on “three parallel routes”: Italy should set up a mega yachts services system and Trieste is a good choice. Trieste could be a breakthrough in yachting services. So one can hope to benefit from the available resources such as the port of Trieste ( who is located at the heart of the Adriatic ), one of the most important areas for maritime tourism,  who shall make available to people berths and pleasure areas linked to city and highly specialised companies who could satisfy people requests ( about refitting, maintenance and services for mega yachts ).
