Last meeting for the “environmental labs” about the sea.
Tomorrow 16 February, at 10 a.m. at the Torquato Tasso school, will take place the meeting about the environmental labs about the sea intended as a special resource and the optimisation of the water resource, managed by Penisolaverde in cooperation with the Regional Ministry of Sorrento at the Environment.
Even the Major of Sorrento, Giuseppe Cuomo, will take part in the event, together with the Councilman, Luigi Di Prisco, Luigi Cuomo chairperson of Penisolaverde, Marianna Cappiello, the head teacher, the managing directors of the Marine Protected Area of Punta Campanella and the Coast Guard of Sorrento, and the biologist Cinzia Cesarano who cured the labs.
There will be another meeting the next weeks with the students of the “Vittorio Veneto” institute, who worked on the issue of the sea and the optimisation of the water resource.
“This project – Di Prisco says – is trying to interest young and adult in the respect and safeguard for the sea. A lot of others activities will be organised during the 2016 in order to capture people minds about sea safeguard”.
