Il porto di Capri, noto anche come Marina Grande, è il principale approdo dell’isola di Capri, situato sulla costa settentrionale. Si trova all’interno di un’ampia insenatura naturale nel Golfo di Napoli, protetta da due banchine artificiali che lo riparano dai venti e dalle onde.
Il porto è diviso tra la zona per imbarcazioni turistiche e pescherecci e quella per traghetti e servizi commerciali. Può ospitare yacht fino a 55-66 metri di lunghezza e con pescaggio fino a 3,5-8 metri.
Al suo interno sono disponibili circa trecento posti barca.
Sono presenti servizi come reception, bagni e docce, wi-fi, meteo, assistenza 24 ore con gommoni, sicurezza continua e disponibilità di veicoli elettrici.
Non sono compresi nel noleggio dei posti barca: carburante, acqua, energia elettrica, gru e immersioni.
Il porto è ben collegato al centro di Capri tramite funicolare (circa quattro minuti) e fermate di autobus e taxi nelle vicinanze ed è inoltre il punto di partenza per barche di linea e tour verso la Grotta Azzurra, Positano, Amalfi, Napoli e altre località della Campania.
Originariamente villaggio di pescatori, oggi Marina Grande è un vivace crocevia di turisti e locali, con negozi, bar, ristoranti e servizi utili come minimarket e farmacia.
Vicino al porto si trovano la chiesa di San Costanzo, la remota Scala Fenicia verso Anacapri e spiagge tra cui la grande spiaggia di Marina Grande e l’accesso a Bagni di Tiberio.

The port of Capri, also known as Marina Grande, is the main port of the island of Capri, located on the northern coast. It is situated within a wide natural bay in the Gulf of Naples, protected by two artificial quays that shelter it from winds and waves.
The port is divided between the area for tourist boats and fishing vessels and the one for ferries and commercial services. It can accommodate yachts up to 55-66 meters in length and with a draft of up to 3.5-8 meters. Inside, there are approximately three hundred berths available. Services such as a reception, toilets and showers, Wi-Fi, weather forecasts, 24-hour assistance with inflatable boats, continuous security, and the availability of electric vehicles are present. Not included in the berth rental are: fuel, water, electricity, crane services, and diving.
The port is well connected to the center of Capri by a funicular (about four minutes) and nearby bus and taxi stops. It is also the starting point for scheduled boats and tours to the Blue Grotto, Positano, Amalfi, Naples, and other locations in Campania.
Originally a fishing village, today Marina Grande is a lively crossroads for tourists and locals, with shops, bars, restaurants, and useful services such as a minimarket and a pharmacy. Near the port are the church of San Costanzo, the remote Phoenician Steps leading to Anacapri, and beaches including the large beach of Marina Grande and access to the Baths of Tiberius.
